パチンコで、プリペイド型のカードを購入して遊技するタイプの機種のことです。1992年に登場した後、ほとんどの機械がCR機となりましたが、規制の変更により2018年よりP機へと入れ替わりました（機能面はほとんど同一です）。事前にカードを購入するのではなく、サンドに現金を入れた時点でプリペイドカードを購入したことと同じになって、遊技ができます。残額がある場合は、残額が記録されたプリペイドカードが出てくるようになっています。
